In the two months leading up to your wedding,
I step in to learn your plans, review vendor details, and finalize your timeline. On the day itself, I’ll be there early managing set-up, décor placement, vendor arrivals, and last-minute touches — making sure your vision unfolds seamlessly.
From cueing the ceremony to packing up your gifts at the end of the night, my team and I handle the behind-the-scenes magic so you can focus on what truly matters: love, laughter, and celebration.

For the couple who want expert support as the big day approaches, my Partial-Planning service ensures your final months are calm, organized, and joy-filled. About 4 - 6 months before your wedding, I take the reins — reviewing contracts, sourcing and communicating with vendors, and creating a detailed master plan for your wedding weekend.
I’ll manage the final logistics, confirm every detail, and act as the main point of contact for your vendors so you don’t have to juggle a dozen phone calls or emails. When your wedding day arrives, I’ll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly, beautifully, and exactly as you envisioned — from setup to send-off.
